PRE-ORDERS

Please note that our current turnaround time (TAT) is 7–9 weeks, starting from the week the pre-order closes.

We will do everything in our power to ship pre-orders on or before their expected ship date. If there are any changes, we’ll provide updates in our Facebook group: Kits Creations, linked below.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on a pre-order basis through Kits Creations. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By submitting your pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Registration Information & Details

When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain contact information, such as your address and billing details. Please ensure this information is accurate and kept up to date. Kits Creations is not responsible for any issues caused by inaccurate or outdated information. You can update your details any time before your order ships by emailing us at kitscreations.shop@gmail.ca.

Payment & Fulfillment Timeline

You will be charged at the time of purchase on our website. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, or other government fees, which are your responsibility. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the promised turnaround time (TAT), you may request a full refund. To request a refund after the TAT has passed, please email us at kitscreations.shop@gmail.ca.

Order Changes

Please consider the turnaround time when selecting sizes. Once your order has been successfully placed, we are unable to make any modifications or changes.

Cancellation & Refunds

Pre-orders are final sale unless otherwise approved by Kits Creations. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.

In-Stock Items

All in-stock items purchased together with pre-order items will be held and shipped together once the entire order is ready for fulfillment.

Additional Terms & Conditions

The purchase of pre-order products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Kits Creations. If we do not enforce or exercise any right or provision under these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions, it does not mean we have waived that right or provision.
